Since You Went Away

USA 1944

Lo scoppio della Seconda Guerra Mondiale richiama al fronte il marito di Anne Hilton. Nascondendo ansie e paure, Anne deve sostenere le figlie Jane e Bridget, la prima soprattutto, anche lei trepidante per la sorte del fidanzato Marine. Il destino segnerà profondamente la famiglia Hilton, ma Anne continuerà a rappresentare per tutti un esempio di coraggio, volontà e dedizione.
