"The Morgue": Un medico legale narra agli addetti dell'obitorio le storie seguenti:

"The Gas Station": La proprietaria di una pompa di benzina ha sentito l anotizia della fuga di un serial killer. Spaventata, osserva dalla sua finestra tutti i tipi strani che passano.

"Hair": Un uomo è ossessionato dalla sua calvizie e tenta un trapianto molto costoso.

"Eye": Un giocatore di baseball si sottopone al trapianto dell'occhio perso in un incidente automobilistico. Tutto sembra essere andato per il meglio, ma dopo l'operazione l'uomo inizia ad avere strane visioni: flashback rivelatori dell'identità dell'ex proprietario dell'occhio, un serial killer.
